We are looking for a general Dentist to join our private practice in Georgetown TX area.

                      Little bit about practice, Westinghouse Dental is PPO/FFS practice. We do have negotiated insurance fees with most insurance companies, that means a higher production number for the same work and time. Lots of doctors get focused on percentage number but don’t really focus on percentage of what fees. 35% of Medicaid fees might be still lower than 25% of negotiated insurance fees). We are able to do this because of our combined negotiating power between both locations and multiple providers. 

                      Our office has 1 full-time RDH and 1 full-time doctor. Total 8 ops, 5 currently equipped and 3 will be equipped as need arise. Westinghouse location was opened on April 2022 and growing steadily ever since. We are looking to add a doctor who doesn’t mind doing hygiene procedure during first 5-6 months while you build your patients base so your schedule stays busy.

We are currently equipped with CBCT and getting onboarded with Itero scanner and Invisalign workflow.

                   Ideal candidate for this position: Long term relationship with doctor, care for patient and quality work is more important than anything else in future dentist we are looking for. It is a plus but not required if future doctor has complimenting skills that current doctor do not provide frequently such as Invisalign, molar endo, difficult exts, implants etc.

               We do not see that many kids. All employees including doctors are eligible for benefits such as health ($200/month towards premium), dental, vision, life, 401k match etc.
